Commercial Vehicles Garbage Trucks: The special mechanism of Garbage Trucks adopts hydraulic drive. This hydraulic system consists of multiple parts such as oil tank, oil pump, multi-way valve, hydraulic cylinder, oil filter and pipeline. The power take-off obtains power from the car engine to drive the oil pump to rotate. By manipulating the multi-way valve, the lifting cylinder can be controlled to complete automatic loading and unloading. The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system is 16Mpa, which is set by the safety valve on the multi-way valve. Please note that the pressure value of the safety valve has been set at the factory and it is not recommended to adjust it at will.
Structural features: The bucket-type garbage truck is modified based on the standard truck chassis. The main changes include the body assembly, automatic lifting and loading device, hydraulic system and operating system.
The loading device is located on the right side of the front of the body and consists of a bracket, a chain mechanism and a hook, which can realize the automatic lifting and loading of garbage in the garbage can. The self-unloading device uses the double-cylinder belly hydraulic pressure to realize the lifting and lowering of the body, thereby completing automatic unloading. The hydraulic system is responsible for realizing the functions of automatic lifting loading and automatic unloading, while the operating system is used to control the switching of these functions.
