At present, most
Used Electric Car use lead-acid batteries. The life of the battery is determined by the number of charge and discharge cycles. The number of charge and discharge cycles should be correctly grasped. The more charge and discharge times of Used
Electric Car, the faster the life decay. Do not charge the car after using it, it is best to charge it when the battery discharge reaches a certain depth.
And note that the charging time should not be too long. Many users think that the longer the charging time, the more power the battery will have. This is very wrong. The
Used Car should be turned off as soon as possible after the Used Electric Car prompts that it is fully charged. Overcharging will easily lead to water loss and deformation of the battery, which will directly endanger the service life of the battery.
1. Try to maintain a medium to low speed (40~60km/h, about 1/2 to 1/3 of the maximum speed) and drive at a constant speed, so that the motor can work in a suitable efficiency range. Driving too fast will cause too much current, resulting in a decrease in the efficiency of the power system; driving too slowly, although the efficiency is improved, the time to travel the same distance will also be longer. After the vehicle starts to accelerate to a certain speed, you can properly relax the accelerator pedal to maintain the current speed.
2. Try to avoid rapid acceleration and deceleration, and use the kinetic energy recovery system of the vehicle as much as possible. Help the vehicle recover more energy by reducing the number of times you step on the brakes. Short-term and high-frequency stimulation will reduce the capacity of the battery, and at the same time, it will also cause damage to the Used Car controller and brake accessories. Therefore, when driving Used Car on a daily basis, the emergency stop of Used Electric Car should be reduced.
(1) Since the variant of constant current charging is segmental constant current charging, the charging current should be adjusted in time to avoid excessive current in the later stage of charging when Used Electric Car are charging. Moreover, the size of the Used Electric Car charging current, charging time, timing of switching current, and selection of charging termination voltage must strictly implement the charging specification.
(2) The remaining capacity of each battery to be charged should be similar, otherwise the charging current must be selected according to the battery with the smallest remaining capacity in the series battery pack, and the small-capacity battery should be removed immediately after it is sufficient, and then continue to charge the large-capacity battery.
(3) During the charging process of the Used Electric Car, the voltage of the single cell of the battery is detected every 2 to 3 hours. If the voltage of the Used Electric Car has reached it, it should be transferred to the second stage of charging in time.
(4) When the temperature of the electrolyte rises to 40°C during the charging of the Used Electric Car, the charging current of the Used Electric Car should be halved. If it continues to rise to 45°C, it should stop, and the charging can only be continued after the temperature drops below 40°C.
